will we ship your products ?
Global-Herbal
ships 99% of all orders within 1 business day from the date received
(this excludes weekends and holidays). Most orders (48 states) are actually
received by our customers within 7 business days from the date we ship
the order. If Global-Herbal is out of stock on an item, you will be
notified. If a delay is inconvenient please notify us.

Once you
have placed your order and are on the checkout page, you may choose
from several shipping methods:

How
to process a return order?
When returning
merchandise to Global-Herbal, carefully wrap the items and return them
Parcel Post insured or UPS. Parcels must be returned shipping charges
prepaid. C.O.D. returns can not be accepted and will be refused. Enclose
the return form on the reverse side of your invoice or a letter telling
us the reason for the return, along with the name, address, and zip
code of the person who placed the order. Advise us if you are looking
for a refund, exchange, or repair. Global-Herbal will refund postage
due to shipping errors or defects in merchandise. We will return ship
via surface delivery.
How do I request an Return Merchandise Authorization, (RMA)?
Please
read the product guarantee for your specific product. If your product
follows the standard guarantee and you want to return the product. Then
you can request an RMA number to initialize the return proceed. [Request
